News 11/01/2025 On what issues do citizens apply to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education?

    In 2024, a total of 75,945 calls were received from citizens using the hotline (71-202-09-09) of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education. Of these calls, 74,838 were promptly provided with relevant information and answers by call center operators. The remaining 1,107 appeals were submitted for consideration to the relevant departments and departments of the ministry.

  • timely payment of wages (monthly salary or other additional payments);
  • restoration of the school certificate or obtaining a duplicate;
  • participate in the final state certification in an external course;
  • distribution of class hours;

  • establishment of allowances for teachers on the basis of national certificates;
  • obtaining a teacher's certificate of management;

     Appeals received by the Ministry were promptly considered and resolved as much as possible. In particular, necessary measures have been taken in all areas, from obtaining duplicates of school certificates to the process of professional development of teachers.
