Issues related to work experience in the Republic of Uzbekistan are regulated by the Law "On State Pension Provision for Citizens."
According to paragraph "e" of Article 37 of this law, study in full-time education in higher educational institutions is a type of activity that is included in the work experience. That is, a two-year period of study in a master's degree is considered work experience. Also, the period of 1 year of school work in the 2nd year of master's degree is included in the work experience.
If you graduated with a master's degree on a contract, you have the right to receive your diploma immediately. It is completely unreasonable to demand work experience or other similar conditions for those who have studied in the master's program on a contract basis. Because the "Regulations on Master's Degrees" do not specify the requirement of "labor experience" for obtaining a diploma.
