News 11/06/2025 Applicants without certificates cannot submit documents for certain programs

According to the legislation (PF-81, 24.05.2024) Starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, admission to fields of study in which a foreign language is defined as the first subject in the set of subjects is carried out on the basis of a national or international certificate that determines the level of foreign language proficiency.

️In this case, when admitting to educational programs where a foreign language is the first subject in the complex of subjects, a test in this subject is not conducted. Applicants must provide a certificate of the established level.

The list of educational directions of higher educational institutions of the republic for the 2025/2026 academic year and the list of educational directions in which a foreign language is defined as the first subject according to the set of subjects for which a corresponding test (professional (creative) exam) is taken is shown in the figure above.

️Attention: One of the national and international certificates that determine the level of knowledge of foreign languages, approved for bachelor's degree programs, is required to be submitted to the fields of study specified in the 1st subject - English, German, and French, as well as to the fields of study specified in the 1st subject - "Foreign Language."

❓What does this mean?

For example, if the 1st subject is written as "English," a certificate in English will be required. Those who have a certificate in German or Turkish cannot apply for this program.

But if the 1st subject is indicated as "foreign language," then it doesn't matter which language has a certificate. A verified certificate from any language is valid.
