  • Margarine contains harmful trans fats.
  • White bread - excessive consumption can increase sugar levels.

Carbonated and sweet drinks - contain a large amount of sugar and artificial coloring substances.

Fast-food pasta products are rich in artificial flavor enhancers.

   Unhealthy eating reduces students' energy levels, negatively affects concentration, and worsens their physical health. Therefore, experts recommend adhering to a healthy eating schedule.
