The Ministry of Preschool and School Education announced that holding graduation parties in various restaurants, cafes, and apartments is prohibited.

On May 25, the following is prohibited:

• - collecting excess money for gifts from students and parents;
• - holding a celebration in cafes, restaurants, or even at home;
• - Collecting money for "festive tables" or "exams" is prohibited.

Students are also prohibited from taking group walks in parks, water parks, and other places.

Fines and liability measures are provided for violators of the rules.
