According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers (No. 531 dated August 27, 2024), starting from January 1, 2025, the Institute of Advanced Training will introduce a system of training candidates for the position of director of a state preschool educational organization (PED) in the system of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education in a management training course and issuing a management certificate in electronic form through a special portal.

Starting from September 1, 2025, the director of a preschool educational institution with a manager's certificate will be paid a 30% monthly bonus to his/her salary during the validity period of this certificate.

In addition, until January 1, 2025, it is planned to cover the costs associated with training and obtaining certificates for employees working as directors from the state budget.

This new procedure is an important step towards improving managerial skills and the quality of management in preschool educational organizations
