From July 1, electronic forms of identity and other documents will also be recognized. A resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers was adopted on this matter.
According to it, unified digital services for personal documents will be introduced within the framework of the interdepartmental integration platform of the "Digital Government" system.
At the same time, when registering domestic flights at banks, notary offices, airports, boarding trains passing through the territory of Uzbekistan, providing state, corporate, and other services, including electronic ones, and receiving citizens, state bodies and other organizations that require the submission of relevant documents do not require a paper form of the following documents:
- biometric passport of a citizen of Uzbekistan;
- Identification ID-card of a citizen of Uzbekistan;
- driver's license;
- birth certificate;
- marriage certificate;
- certificate of divorce;
- certificate of vehicle registration (technical passport, technical coupon);
- pension (benefit) certificate;
- residence permit (ID card) of a stateless person;
- certificate of disability;
- Insurance policy for compulsory vehicle insurance (civil liability);
- official document of state form on obtaining higher, secondary specialized, vocational and professional education;
- student ID;
- certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur;
- certificate of registration as a self-employed person;
- cadastral passport of residential objects;
- power of attorney for the right to drive a personal motor vehicle of an individual to other persons.
Electronic versions of these documents on the portal are also recognized.
