In this case, the purpose of the change, the capabilities of the institution (for example, classroom capacity, number of professors and teachers, etc.) and other factors can be considered.

🚩 Transferring from one state higher education institution to another while changing the form of education is carried out according to the ministry's decision (a valid reason is needed for transfer from one state higher education institution to another);

✅In such cases, permission is granted only in 2 situations:

1) if the student gets married and wants to move to a higher education institution in the area where the spouse permanently resides;

2) if a civil servant moves to another region for work and wants to transfer the education of their spouse or minor child to that region (based on a letter from the ministry where they got a job).

🚩When transferring from foreign or non-state higher education institutions to state institutions while changing the form of education - if the student scores enough points on the test and is transferred, the receiving institution can change the decision on the form of education depending on its material and technical resources;

🚩For transfers from institutions other than non-state higher education institutions - the receiving institution decides.

🚩Changing the form of education within a non-state higher education institution itself is carried out based on the decision of the institution's commission.
