Choices 24/02/2025 Koç University Scholarships for International Students Grant Program

Overview

   Turkey's prestigious Koç University provides grants that partially and fully cover student tuition fees through the Koç University Scholarships for International Students program to foreign students who wish to study and transfer their studies in the bachelor's program.

   A separate application or document for a grant is not required. The grant covers partial (50%) or full (100%) tuition fees for talented candidates with high academic potential and strong potential from among all foreign students who have applied for undergraduate studies at Koç University and wish to transfer their studies. Since education at the university is conducted in English, candidates are asked for SAT or ACT test scores. However, IELTS and TOEFL certificates are not accepted.

Acceptability terms

The following requirements apply for the grant program:

  • The candidate must meet the university admission requirements;
  • The candidate must have submitted a full application and documents for the bachelor's programs of Koç University;
  • Through the submitted application, the candidate must be able to demonstrate that they have strong potential and high potential.

Candidates must meet one of the following basic requirements to apply for a bachelor's program at Koç University:

  • Must have SAT or ACT test scores;
  • Must have an international level education diploma (IB, GCSE, French Baccalaureate, ABITUR).

Important! Koç University does not accept IELTS and TOEFL test scores.

Benefits

  • The grant covers part (25%, 50%, 75%) or full (100%) tuition fees depending on the academic achievements and potential of the undergraduate student.

Note: Grants covering tuition fees are not provided for programs in the field of medicine.

Submit documents

The application process for the program is as follows:

  1. Candidates must first select the necessary bachelor's programs through this link.
  2. After selecting the programs, you can switch to the online application system.

Required documents:

  • SAT or ACT test scores;
  • Diploma of International Education;
  • School or college/lyceum diploma (with translation into English or Turkish);
  • School, lyceum/college grades;
  • 1-2 pages of motivational letter.
  • Letter of recommendation (1).

There is a fee for submitting an application.

Default application deadline:

For all areas: January 1, 2025 - July 2, 2025;

For the medical field: March 1, 2025 - May 31, 2025.
