   This program provides young scientists under 40 years of age with free access to scientific objects, modern scientific laboratories, and experimental design bureaus of scientific organizations and higher educational institutions.

Conditions for participation in the program:

• The age of the project implementer should not exceed 40 years;
• 1 participant participates with only 1 scientific project;
• The amount of the scientific project should not exceed 200 times the basic calculated value;
• The duration of the Program implementation is from 1 to 6 months.

   Importantly, all expenses related to the implementation of projects will be fully covered by the state.
