News 26/05/2025 Students who studied on state grants can get a job without an entrance exam

Now, students who have graduated from higher educational institutions on the basis of a state grant can be employed without a preliminary probationary period. This norm is provided for in Article 129 of the new edition of the Labor Code.

However, this benefit applies only to students who have graduated from universities on the basis of a state grant when they are applying for a job in their specialty for the first time.

That is, if a state grant graduate is hired for the first time without a preliminary probationary period and they want to quit and get another job, this benefit does not apply to them.
