Admission to higher educational institutions is carried out on the principle of "first test, then competition" in accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-81.

Registration of applicants is carried out in two stages through the website my.uzbmb.uz.

✅ In the 1st stage (from June 5th to June 25th), the following will be selected:

• Complex of subjects (for all);

• language of instruction (for all);

• test alphabet (if Uzbek is chosen as the language of instruction);

✓ Testing area (for all).

➤ Higher education institution where professional (creative) exams will be administered (if a specialty requiring special talent is chosen).

In this case, the chosen field of study for determining the set of subjects does not mean that the applicant has registered for this field of study (the field of study is selected after testing). This was established to create convenience for applicants to determine the set of subjects.

If an applicant chooses a field of study that requires special talent, they can choose a university that is convenient for them to take a professional (creative) exam (just like choosing a testing area). This does not mean that the applicant submitted documents to this university.

️ Starting this year, admission to educational programs where a foreign language is the first subject in the subject complex will be based on a national or international certificate that determines the level of foreign language proficiency.

✅ Therefore, applicants wishing to choose a foreign language as the 1st subject must have a B2 level national or international certificate in a foreign language.

The dates of the test trials will be determined by the State Commission after the full completion of the 1st stage of applicant registration.

✅In the 2nd stage (within 15 days after the completion of the test trials), the following will be selected:

• higher educational institution (university with an educational direction corresponding to the set of subjects that passed the test);

• Bachelor's degree (the set of subjects and the language of instruction for which the test was taken);

• form of education (different forms of education can be chosen);

• selection priority (one of the priorities "State Grant" or "Direction of Education").

The applicant's test scores will be published on the my.uzbmb.uz website the day after the exam, and the results of the mandate will be published within a week after the full completion of the selection of educational programs.

✅Applicants wishing to study at the technical school will select the following within 10 days after the announcement of the mandate results for their higher education institutions:

• technical school;

• profession and specialty;

• form of education.

The results of the mandate for technical schools will be published within a week on the website my.uzbmb.uz.
